Method 02 · Outbound

The Reach Method

A prospecting engine for B2B companies: we study the market, define who’s worth pursuing, train an AI on your products and run the outreach all the way to the qualified meeting.

Market · ICP · Lists · AI-powered copy · Multichannel cadence · LGPD

01The six stages

From the market to the calendar, with the people who decide.

Reach starts by understanding the market and the offer, because that’s what separates outreach that gets replies from yet another ignored email. Tools and lists come later.

  1. 01

    Study

Market, competition, buying dynamics and where the real opportunities in your segment are.

  2. 02

    Define

The ICP and the different audiences that buy for different reasons, each with its own pain and its own trigger.

  3. 03

    Learn

Deep immersion in your products and services; an AI assistant trained to master the offer like a senior salesperson.

  4. 04

    Map

Lists of target companies and the decision-makers inside them, enriched and prioritized by fit and signal.

  5. 05

    Write

In-depth copy per audience, built from a real understanding of the offer.

  6. 06

    Operate

A multichannel cadence executed by Draivv, with testing, message refinement and meeting handoff.

02Market and ICP

Not every company in your market is your client.

The market research defines the real universe: how many companies exist in your segment, how they buy, who’s already served by the competition and where the openings are.

On top of that universe we apply two coordinates: ICP fit and intent signals. Cadence is only spent where both justify the effort. That’s what keeps you from burning your market on outreach to people who would never buy.

Each bubble is a real account on the list; size represents revenue potential. The method only spends cadence where both coordinates justify it.

Firmographic

Industry, size, revenue, geography, corporate structure and technology maturity.

Situational

The moment that creates the pain: expansion, a new project, new regulation, a vendor switch, an efficiency target.

Audiences and roles

Who feels the pain, who evaluates and who signs. Each role gets a different argument for the same offer.

Offer fit

Which of your products or services solves that specific context, and which clearly doesn’t.

03Lists and contacts

From the mapped universe to a full calendar.

First, the universe of companies in the segment. Then the ICP cut. Then the decision-makers inside each account: usually more than one, because a B2B purchase rarely has a single owner.

Every contact is enriched and verified before entering the cadence. No purchased lists: the price of those is a burned domain reputation and a brand that starts getting filtered as spam.

04Offer, AI and copy

An AI that studied your products before writing about them.

The difference between outreach that opens doors and outreach that goes to trash is depth. That’s why the method invests in a step almost nobody takes: teaching the machine to understand the offer before asking it to write.

An assistant trained on the offer

Before writing a single line, the assistant absorbs your technical materials, proposals, case studies and known objections. It knows what the company actually sells.

Depth the account recognizes

Real personalization starts from the industry context and the account’s real situation, and that’s why the copy gets replies.

One angle per audience

The same product enters through different doors. The engineer wants risk solved; finance wants return; the director wants predictability.

LGPD compliance

Legitimate-interest legal basis, professional data, opt-outs honored and suppression on record. Serious prospecting doesn’t outsource legal risk to the client.

05The cadence

Here, outreach is a sequence with memory.

B2B decision-makers don’t reply on the first touch; they reply when the message lands at the moment the problem becomes urgent. The multichannel cadence covers that window without becoming a nuisance.

  1. D+0EmailOpener with industry context
  2. D+2LinkedInConnection and relevance signal
  3. D+4EmailProof: segment case or data
  4. D+7PhoneHuman touch, decision-maker
  5. D+11EmailNew angle, same pain
  6. D+16LinkedInThe client’s own content
  7. D+21EmailClose with the door open

Every touch has its own purpose and a fresh angle: no “just checking if you saw my email”. Anyone who replies leaves the cadence immediately and enters a human conversation. Anyone who opts out goes on permanent suppression.

06The operation

Draivv operates. Your team receives conversations.

You don’t get a login and a tutorial. The engine is assembled, switched on and driven by our team, with a dedicated account owner.

01

Our own sending infrastructure, with warmed-up domains and monitored deliverability

02

A/B tests on subject lines, openers and angles: messaging corrected with data

03

Continuous list enrichment and recycling of accounts that didn’t reply

04

Qualified meetings delivered with context: who they are, why they replied and what they already know

05

Reporting by audience and by segment, showing which slice of the market is responding

06

Objections captured and fed back to the Rank Method as content briefs

07With the Rank Method

The pair that feeds itself

When the decision-maker researches the company that approached them, what do they find?

That’s the question that connects the two methods. Reach puts your offer in front of the right account; Rank makes sure the follow-up research confirms your authority instead of undermining it. And the objections the cadence captures come back as content briefs, raw material no keyword tool can deliver.

FAQBefore you decide
Do you buy ready-made lists?

No. Purchased lists are the reason most outbound operations burn their domain and their brand. We build the list from the market research: first the universe of companies in the segment, then the ICP filter, then the decision-makers inside each account, with enrichment and verification before anything gets sent.

Is this mass emailing?

It’s the opposite. Reach works with controlled volume across selected accounts: the yardstick is how many real conversations your sales team can absorb. High volume with shallow messaging destroys domain reputation and burns a market you’d take years to rebuild.

What about LGPD?

We work with professional corporate contact data, under the legitimate-interest legal basis of LGPD (Brazilian data protection law), with clear sender identification, an explicit purpose and an opt-out in every send. Unsubscribe requests go on a permanent suppression list. Compliance is part of the method, designed before the first send.

What does the AI actually do here?

Two concrete things. First, the assistant trained on your products generates copy with technical depth: it understands what the offer solves and for whom. Second, it accelerates account research and enrichment at scale. Strategy decisions, the ICP cut and copy review remain human.

How long until the first meetings?

The build (research, ICP, assistant training, lists and copy) takes the first few weeks. With the cadence live, the first replies usually come within the first cycles, and volume stabilizes as testing calibrates the messaging per audience.

Do I need the Rank Method running?

It’s not required, but it helps a lot. When a decision-maker receives your outreach, the first thing they do is research your company. If they find technical content and an established presence, reply rates jump to another level. That’s why the two methods feed each other.

How many companies in your market have you never approached?

Market research is the entry point to the Reach Method: how many accounts exist in your segment, how many fit your ICP and how many are already with the competition. With that number in hand, the prospecting decision stops being a guess.
