The Run Method

Draivv’s third front: custom software, automations and AI agents built on your company’s real operation, so the growth Rank and Reach bring in gets absorbed with quality, without overtime.

01When Run comes in

Growth exposes the operation. Run gets it ready.

Rank and Reach solve the first bottleneck: clients. But every acquisition engine that works creates the second one: more proposals to issue, more support, more data in motion, more people firefighting in spreadsheets.

Run is the system’s second stage: it comes in when operations need to keep pace with sales. The systems you already use stay: what changes is the backbone connecting them, with AI at the center and your team making the calls.

And when the process pain is acute (rework, errors, blown deadlines), Run is also an entry point, without waiting for the other two.

02The five stages

From diagnosis to go-live, and from go-live onward.

Not a single line of code before the process map exists. It’s the same principle as the other methods: understand before building, measure after delivering.

  1. 01

    Diagnose

Deep immersion in your real processes, data and bottlenecks: where manual effort eats time and where AI delivers concrete results.

  2. 02

    Prioritize

An impact × effort matrix becomes a roadmap: the first deliverables are the fastest-return ones, with estimated ROI per front.

  3. 03

    Build

Custom software, automations and AI agents trained on your data, your products and your vocabulary.

  4. 04

    Integrate

Nothing is born in isolation: everything connects to what you already run: CRM, ERP, email, WhatsApp, spreadsheets and legacy systems.

  5. 05

    Evolve

Go-live opens the long phase: we measure time recovered and quality, and maintain and evolve everything in production.

03Diagnosis and prioritization

We don’t start with the shiniest. We start with what pays for the project.

The diagnosis maps processes, data and bottlenecks, and how much time each one consumes today. Every automation or agent candidate goes into the impact × effort matrix.

The first deliverables come from the fast-return zone: high impact, low effort. That’s what makes the method pay for itself early and fund the bigger fronts, delivery by delivery.

Each bubble is a process mapped in the diagnosis; size represents the hours it consumes today. The roadmap starts where returns come fastest.
04What we build

Four fronts. One single operation.

We bring business, engineering and AI together: every build grows out of your processes and talks to the others, forming a single system.

Custom software

Systems built around your process, the way it actually runs.

Automations

Repetitive routines (entries, reconciliations, reports, follow-ups) running on their own, with logging and approval levels.

AI agents

Assistants that know your products, handle requests, qualify, draft and prep decisions, with people in charge.

Integrations

CRM, ERP, email, WhatsApp, spreadsheets and legacy systems talking to each other: data goes in once and flows.

05The result

What the operation gets back: time and quality.

The number we track is how many hours per week came back to the team, and what happened to errors and deadlines in each process.

That dashboard is born in the diagnosis, with the “before” measured. Without a measured before, any “after” is just opinion.

06How we work

Measurable results or it doesn’t ship

Every roadmap front has a metric before it has code: hours recovered, errors reduced, deadlines shortened. AI without a number is hype.

Off-the-shelf when it works, custom when it matters

We use market tools wherever they’re enough. Custom builds are reserved for what differentiates your operation.

Your data stays yours

Minimal access, LGPD compliance, models chosen case by case and no training third parties on what belongs to your company.

People lead the AI

The automation executes and the agent prepares; decision authority is designed together with your team.

07What you receive

Method deliverables.

08With Rank and Reach

The complete system

Rank fills the funnel. Reach fills the calendar. Run makes the company keep up.

It’s the same engineering across all three: diagnosis before building, method instead of one-off deliverables, measurement in everything. Acquisition without operations becomes a backlog; operations without acquisition become idle capacity. The system closes when both sides grow together.

FAQBefore you decide
What does the Run Method deliver in practice?

Three kinds of builds, integrated with each other: custom software for what differentiates your operation, automations for repetitive routines (entries, reconciliations, reports, follow-ups) and AI agents that know your products and processes, handling requests, qualifying, drafting and prepping decisions. Everything in production, measured, and connected to the systems you already use.

Why a 'second stage'? Do I need Rank or Reach first?

No. It’s the order that usually makes sense. For most companies, the number-one bottleneck is acquisition, which is why Rank and Reach come first: once the client engine is running, operations become the new bottleneck, and Run comes in so they can absorb the growth. But companies with acute process pain (rework, errors, blown deadlines) enter directly through Run.

Why not just use off-the-shelf AI tools?

Because we do, wherever they solve the problem. The method exists for what generic tools don’t cover: your specific process, your data, the integration with your systems. The diagnosis separates the two with clear criteria: what a software subscription solves, we solve with a subscription; what requires building, we build.

What about security and data?

Your company’s data remains your company’s. We work with minimal, revocable access, compliance with LGPD (Brazilian data protection law), and AI models chosen case by case, including where they process data and what they log. None of your data becomes third-party training material.

How long until the first delivery?

The diagnosis takes the first few weeks and produces the prioritized roadmap. The first front in production, usually an automation or an agent from the highest-return zone, lands in the first cycle. The rest of the roadmap moves by priority, with results measured at every delivery.

Who maintains everything after go-live?

Draivv does. Monitoring, adjustments, evolution and support are part of the method: software and agents without maintenance degrade like any asset. If at some point you want to bring it in-house, the transition is organized: documentation, code and access are yours.

How many hours a week does your operation lose to manual work?

The Run Method diagnosis answers with a number: which processes consume the team, what each one costs and where AI starts giving time back. You leave with the map and the roadmap, before any build contract.
